The project is cancer specialty hospital with 100 beds of capacity, with 35,520 m2 for the building area and 19,323 m2 for the land. This project is designed to add the number of cancer hospital in Indonesia. So, the Indonesian people do not need to go to other country to receive treatment of cancer. The location of this project is Bogor City. The reason for choosing this location is based on the needs of the location of the cancer specialty hospitals should be located in major cities so as to facilitate access. Besides the location of the design lies in a strategic place that is near the Garden and the toll booth Jagorawi. Bogor cancer hospital has a cancer radiotherapy facilities, nuclear medicine, and radiodiagnostic facilities which is major installations for treatment and cancer diagnosis. Radiotherapy facilities need special attention because of the risk of radiation. So, the design should be preventing the radiation. The concept of this hospital is healing environment, which is to make the cozy atmosphere of the hospital and reduce the level of patients’ stress in the hospital. The concept of healing in the hospital environment is implemented on innercourt, roof garden, and balconies. Those facilities are expected to be places for relaxation and to accelerate the healing process.
