Summary: | Indonesia known as the biggest archipelago country with 5.8 milion km2 water covered this country, and 81.000 km beach line along the islands. About 950 species of coral reef, 8500 species of tropical fish, 555 species of seaweed, and 18 species of seagrass live in this water territory. From this lot species that lived in Indonesia, 70% of them lived in East Indonesia. To showing off this beauty and diversity of Indonesia’s aquatic life, Indonesia needs aquarium. Lovina’s Aqua-Marine Life is a museum, aquarium, and oceanarium that showing off Indonesia’s aquatic life. Located in Lovina, North Bali, which is a tourism area that known for dolphin sightseeing in Bali Sea. Lovina chosen because it’s existence in Bali can draw international tourists. Tourism in Lovina still in developing process. Because of that, iconic design of this building needed to trigging develop of tourism in Lovina. However, because of it’s surrounding environment still undeveloped, design need to be get along with it’s surrounding environment. The design needs to concerned about Bali’s regulation of creating a building. |
