This thesis takes the case of Asia Afrika Rental Office as a fictitious project. This project has the main function as a rental office that is located in jalan Asia Afrika, Bandung. The area width is about 6000 m2 including the conservation building of A class which is functioned as a Bank. The total building area is about 22440 m2, consists of 3 building mass which functioned as a rental office, a bank and the function that is related to the electrical utility. The building mass with main funtion consists of 17 floors building tower, 2 floors building podium, 3 floors building basement and roof garden at podium roof floor and tower roof with shear wall structure function combined with rigid frame. The purpose of this project is to design the building that can provide the office affairs activitiy with the facilities that can support it. The building is designed to become a Bandung city landmark that can describe the client identity to be assumed, that is PT. Perkebunan Nasional (PTPN) VIII. The client is a company that runs in the field of plantation in the area sector of West Jawa which central office is in Bandung. This project has the great conception towards the glory of PTPN VIII, so it takes the strong conception towards the client identity in the design of building shapeThe design approach taken is the client identity, the application of green high rise building, the system of high level building structure, the context of area against the concervation building and the effectivness concerning to the building function.
