Description
Summary:In operational activities, coal-fired power station produce pollutants derived of the exhaust gases, burning fuel transportation operational and a pile of stones coal that blew by the wind. This research did the simulation with AERMOD model to predict pollutant concentration in ambient air around coal-fired power station with maximum rate emission scenario. The models show, ambient air is polluted around coal-fired power station polluted with NOx and SO2 with concentration above the ambient air quality standart , in annual periode, NOx maximum concentration is 190,9713 ug/m3 while standard quality set is 100 ug/m3. SO2 maximum concentration is 107,7313 ug/m3 exceed the standart quality 60 ug/m3, beside that, maximum concentration TSP and CO below the quality standart. Emission burden per year that produced with coal-fired power station is causing the responsibility cost Rp. 73.341.445,46 / year as the cost of replacing the polluted air and Rp. 699.686.205 / year to replace the economic value of productivity change, whereas to replace the economic value of prevention cost is Rp. 41.489.266 / year to cope decrease of plant productivity, so TEV generated is Rp. 841.516.916,46 / year.
