From the existing datas, obtained that hospitality industry in Semarang is not enough to support MICE activities in Semarang so it is necessary to build a hotel in Semarang that support the business activites / MICE, which is business hotel.
To support the succession of hospitality industry, the best place to build is central business district in Semarang, Simpang Lima. Four stars hotel that designed is apllying a major concept “tentrem“, which means the peace of souls. To realize that concept, this hotel provide some facilities that can give peace |
