Jatinangor which is known as an educational city is a developing area in West Java. The location’s close proximity to capital city of West Java, Bandung, along with infrastructure development of highway road, has made Jatinangor as an important traffic node. The area development has triggered the needs for supporting facilities such as business hotel which is not only offers standard lodging service, but also offers the facilities for casual business activities. This project located in Jalan Raya Jatinangor, West Java with total area ± 6.350 square meters. Circulation and zoning front of the house and back of the house become the main issues of this project to optimize spatial efficiency and visitor’s convenience. Based on existing issues, the basic concept of this project is hidden oasis. The purpose of this concept is to make this hotel as green space to Jatinangor. Realisation of the design concept is by placing green area on the rooftop of the building. This hotel consist of 8 stories and 1 basement. This hotel have two types of bedrooms which is standard room ( 24m2) and suite room (48m2) with total 95 rooms. This project focused on business as well as tourism, and it is expected to give positive contributions for Jatinangor.
