The final project takes case from the project development plan MRT ( Mass Rapid Transportation). One is located at Fatmawati. To complete this project, the cooperation with private sector in funding is needed. One of the cooperation is to build a shopping center integrated with MRT station. Shopping center aims to generate the funds needed for the compensation to buil MRT. The land area of the project is approximately is 5.402 m2 with total building area 10.184 m2. The building consists of 4 floors with 2 floors basements and roof garden on the flat roof of the building.TOD (transit oriented development) is the basic of the concept case. The main concept of the building is to make a building that can be used to transit point for MRT users, increase economic activity/commercial in Fatmawati, and become a new social place for users. Value of site will expected to increase with the integration of shopping mall and MRT transit.
