Summary:Abstract: To identified the success that has been achieved in Bandung cleanliness services, can be evaluated based on the achievement level of services provided, nowadays the activities of cleanliness service operations sweeping, collection, until the transport to the landfill and can be viewed by statistical evaluation using factor analysis, cluster and discriminant. Therefore, the assessments result showed that the success of PD. Kebersihan Kota Bandung in cleanliness services. Therefore it is necessary to conduct a research to determine the level of public satisfaction. The result showed that the presentage low public satisfaction. In this research the measurement of satisfaction is related with their area. The improvement of transfer depo is very useful to public which settled around the location, it will improved the public satisfaction do to the transfer depo physic condition. The transfer depo infrastructure provided more dominated by the availability of containers and the walls, therefore necessary supporting facilities. The waste management facilities such as 3R transfer depo which in 10 locations just dominated with waste sorting activities, and only a few are doing composting. In a factor analysis, which formed a decisive 6 attributes to public satisfaction, those are responsivness variables, solid waste transport factors, 3R activities suistainablity, sweeping activity guaranted, solid waste containing, and physical services evidance. The deciding factor on the performance of public satisfaction of PD. Kebersihan Kota Bandung in performance of cleanliness services are decided by the attribute of responsiveness in responding to emergencies, sweeping activities suistainablity, and 3R activity supported by infrastructure provided. Estimation of the level of dissatisfaction over the results of the questionnaire contained in the discriminant analysis was 65.2%.
