Description
Summary:one of them industry was growing fast is petroleum industry. But, petroleum processing requires big energy and potentially polluted to the environment. One alternative to restoration soil contaminated from petroleum wastes is using biological treatment (bioremediation). From bioremediation process soil produce have physic and chemistry characteristic like a soil in general , but it have unclear status that was soil ready for processing or still petroleum waste. Soil product from bioremediation process have characteristic and nutrient content for improving soil. One of them soil improver concept to improving physic and chemistry characteristic is increasing Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC). Metodology was use in this study is mixing soil product from bioremediation process and critical soil with three different composition (1:1, 1:1,5, 1:2) and than incubation for two week. After improving process make examine soil quality and plants for 1 month. Studi result show that soil product from bioremediation process have standard for soil improver, effectiveness test from soil improver showed increase soil CEC in 4-8 multiply point in composition 1 (1;1), composition 2 (1:1,5), and composition 3 (1:2). The omptimum composition at plants growth is improver 2 (1;1,5). Accumulation Heavy Metal (Pb and Cr) is in stem plants.
