| Summary: | The economy of Jakarta is the largest economic region in Indonesia, it also exerts a significant impact upon commerce, finance, media, technology, and entertainment. Jakarta’s financial district, one of them anchored by Kuningan District in Southern Jakarta, has been one of the most prestigious sites alongside Sudirman Business District, and it also became part of the famous 3 financial districts in the city. The demand of rental offices in Jakarta rises every year yet the demand itself has not been fulfilled due to the amount of undeveloped buildings. The purpose of this project is to create a commercial rental office with assuming it possessed by a client named “PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk.”, namely one of Indonesia’s leading mining companies. The fictional development project will consist a 19-storey building consisting of 2- storeys of podium with commercial retails, 17-storeys of typical rental office floors, a roof garden,
and a large public plaza located in the main entrance. The concept of the “Kuningan X-1 Office Tower” project mostly prioritize the company’s identity, such as its vision and mission as a leading mining company. The urban office concept that enacts the building as a public space will be integrated with a green building concept that can also contribute to the environment. |
