Iskandar <br /> NIM: 95003227 <br /> <br /> In efforts to develop the participation of farmer in Operation and Maintenance (O&M) irrigation network and farmer or ' anization, the auther had conducted a study on Holeki irrigation scheme. The objectives of this study are measure the participation level of fanners in O&P planning, farmers participation level in rehabilitation/management of O&M, farmers participation level in the farmer organization, the perception on the performance of irrigation network influenced by farmer participation, educational level, job, land ownership, status of land ownership, income level and the efforts taken to improve the O&M irrigation network.</p> <br /> From the result of sampling 52 respondents from the population of 320 members of farmer group, it was shown that the level of participation of farmers in O&M planning was not sufficient, but the level of participation of farmers in rehabilitation of O&M, their participation in the organization the farmer group, and the perception of performance of irrigation network were very satisfyng. It means that farmers have the potential for prepared and capable of accepting the whole irrigation network, in the work area.
