This happens with increasing economy in Bandung, which has a direct impact with the increase in high society. Unfortunately, these needs are not in line with the limited residential land, so the price of land in the city of Bandung higher. One of the solutions to this problem is a vertical residential apartment. An apartment is dwelling units arranged vertically in a high rise building that had shared facilities. In this thesis, the author takes the object design of apartment at the main road AH Nasution, Arcamanik subdistrict, Bandung. The project is located in a 2.4 hectares strategic residential area because it has high accessibility and close to many residential support facilities. To maximize the potential of the land, the commercial function is added so that this project will become the first fully integrated mixed-used region in East Bandung Region. The project consists of two phases with the first phase is a mixed-used building with total area of 4.8 Ha. The building is divided into two zones, the public zone which is a shopping center located on the podium floors 1-3, semi-public zone on the top floor of the podium, as well as the private zone on 22-storey apartment tower. As a high-level building with the mixed functions with middle-class families as the main user, the issue of private-public circulation, issue of the quality of space and comfort, and issue of open green spaces, as well as utility issues become the focus of the design. With the concept of green integrated urban family living, this project offers the convenience and complete facilities occupied in one integrated area. This apartment has a concept which responds tothe environment and offers luxury, while the shopping center offers an integrated shopping and leisure area for the whole family. text
