Lombok is one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia, which is famous for its beautiful beaches that offers scenery. A great tourism potential resulted in the emergence of Mandalika Resort project in Central Lombok. One of the beaches located in Mandalika Resort is Serenting Beach. The purpose of this resort hotel is to provide accommodation for tourists who travel to Lombok. This site have a development plan for Family Hotel & Resort. This project included four-star Family Hotel & Resort with five hotel buildings and three type of villas that scattered around the site. There is an axis on the center of the site which divides the private areas into two. This site located in zone two in Mandalika Resort, which has concept of healthy living and eco-friendly. Therefore, it is expected that the design of this hotel is environmentally friendly and provide facilities that support the concept of healthy living. The use of natural and local materials became one of the considerations of this hotel resort design.
