Women and children hospitals are hospitals that provide primary care in the field of maternal and child health, not limited only during pregnancy and childbirth, but also includes post-natal care and other health. The main problem in designing Bandung Women and Children Hospital is how to create an effective circulation and how to create a comfortable atmosphere for both mother and child at the hospital. To resolve the problem, then the criteria for this hospital is to have an effective circulation, minimizing environment that can create stress, provides a positive distraction, provides a means of social support, and provide a sense of privacy to the patient. The general concept that will be used in the design are the oasis by providing a therapeutic environment. This oasis concept is used because the environment around the building is a dense residential area and less greening so expected by Bandung Women and Children Hospital can give freshness and greening. Provision of therapeutic environment is expected to provide comfort for patients and users of the building and can improve patients' recovery. text
