Jakabaring Sport City is an area developed into a center of recreation and sports. In the region, there is a blue lake of 40 hectares that could be potentially in the design of the resort hotel in fact that there is no resort hotel in Palembang yet. Jakabaring Resort Hotel is designed on land of 10 hectares area to accommodate lodging for families, couples and individuals. Type of lodging that can be selected is 52 twin/double rooms and difable room in multilevel building, 8 land cottages one bedroom, 4 land cottages two bedrooms , 5 lake cottages one bedroom, and 4 lake cottages two bedroom. This resort hotel is facilitated with a swimming pool, fitness center, workshop and gallery songket, a children's club, spa and massage, cafe and bar, 2 restaurants, as well as 3 meeting rooms, wedding hall, and the garden hall. In addition, the resort hotel is also connected directly to the 18-holes golf course. The first resort hotel in the city of Palembang will bring the concept of locality of Palembang City, but still packed in a modern way. The concept of the building is Rumah Limas, traditional house of Palembang, which is oriented to the lake (lakefont). This concept is also in line with the concept of development of Palembang as a waterfront city. Jakabaring Resort Hotel is expected to meet the needs of accommodation and recreation facilities required by both local residents of Palembang, and foreign tourists.
