Early learning education for children that prioritize playing while learning is important for children’s development because children learn from what they see and do. At this time, in Indonesia, most of education facilities give less attention of aspects that influence children’s development. Education facility that suitable and capable to embrace moral aspect, cognitive, motoric, literacy, socio-emotional, and art is needed in this condition. Design approach for Children’s Learning Center is approaching function related to the user of this building because this project has specific user which are children with different characteristics and behaviors. Priority issues in designing Children’s Learning Center are safety, security, flexibility, and mood/ambience. Based on the above sentence, designing this project is expected to accommodate all the children activities and later become a suitable place for early learning education.
