Description
Summary:Margahayu Land’s Newton Lifestyle Park project consists of the design of lifestyle center on a 12.000 m2 site located at the intersection between Soekarno Hatta Street and Terusan Buah Batu Street in Bandung. The developer wishes the Newton Lifestyle Park would give a new and different vibe and ambience from other near commercial buildings and their competitors in Bandung. Because it is a part of a mixed-use complex, the main visitors of Newton Lifestyle Park will be families and professionals. But, the developer sees that the targetted visitors could be expanded towards students and entrepreneurs. The triangular site that has a large existing tree is seen as a potential for the creation of outdoor environment of Newton Lifestyle Park. Therefore, the design theme of Newton Lifestyle Park is Urban Jungle. Different from its competitors, Newton Lifestyle Park is designed to gives a cool tropical environment surrounded by trees and rocks, like a jungle, to its visitors. The plaza is the main attraction of Newton Lifestyle Park. Therefore, the plaza is designed to gives the 'strongest' jungle ambience to visitors. The single-loaded corridor system is applied to the design to gives visitors a nature ambience while shopping, while maximizing the leasable area up to 59% of the total building area of 23.914 m2. Newton Lifestyle Park’s tenants consist of F&B retails, non-F&B retails, fitness center, game center, karaoke studio, co-working space, supermarket, and cinema as main anchor.
