Bolihutuo coast region is a public area close to Tomini Bay developed for tourism. Bolihuo beach has beautiful coral reefs and fine sands, so it has a high posibility to be build facilities like resorts and hotels. Besides that, Gorontalo still do not have well-facilities such as resort that closed to the city. This resort designed in a 9 Ha area to accomodate hostelry facilites for family recreation, couple or traveller with bay and mangrove forest view. This resort consist of several types of villa which are 30 one bedroom villas, 15 two bedroom villas, 10 three bedroom villas also overwater villa consist of one bedrooms villas, two bedroom villas and couple villas. This facilities also provide some public area such as restaurants, snorkling and diving center, swimming pool, fitnes center, spa and hall. Design of this first resort in Gorontalo take the locality concept into the siteplanning and building. It seen by use massing and proportion of traditional Dulohupa House into the villa’s design. Despite of the locality concept, design of this resort also combining between traditional and modern concept. In one hand, the building mass and shape using traditional aspects and materials, in the other hand, the landscape design using modern trends, aspects, So its create harmony impression to the people who came to this resort.
