| Summary: | BSD City is one area of the new city that is being developed in South Tangerang. BSD City has many facilities such as, residential, recreation facilities, hospital, university, etc. So far, the residential function that has been developed in BSD City not yet affordable for middle class community. In order to expand the market target, Sinarmas Land as the developer of BSD City, attempt to developed a vertical housing that affordable for middle class community.
The design of the proposed apartement area is middle-class apartment dwellers targeting young professionals that are not married, newly married couple who do not have children and couple who had children. To support the function of occupancy, this area is also equipped with a commercial area that provides daily need, recreation and shopping. The apartment consists of four towers with a height of 20, 25, 30 and 35 floors, with 1209 residential units. Types of units on offer consist of studio type units, room type 1, type 2 and type 3 units. The design of these apartments raised the concept of social and spatial comfort, supported by building performance green building. Therefore, lighting and natural ventilation will minimize energy used of apartment. |
