Summary:PT Sinar Buana Mandiri Jaya is catering service company which serving a staple food for several company in Industrial area in Karawang. Since the beginning of company's establishment in September 2017 until August, monthly there are approximately 3-4 employees leave the company. Employee turnover greatly disrupted the company's performance in serving its customers. This research is trying to resolve company’s issue by using organization development approach. Organization development approach is start by entering, diagnosing, planning and implementing then the last is evaluating and institutionalizing change. The first step of ODis entering and contracting, this step is done by doing preliminary research to CEO of the company, the second step is diagnosing the business issue is done with find what factors made employee leave the company, the factors that use by the author to find the reason of employee turnover are job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job stress, workplace environment and organizational factors and management. The third step of OD is planning and implementing change, in this step the author proposed solution related to employee turnover. The last step is evaluating and institutionalizing change, this step is evaluation for what have been offered. In this research, the author usequalitative approach by interviewing some informant related to employee turnover.Coding method are choose toanalyze business issue. There are three step of coding method; the first is open coding, the author categorize each of factors that use in the research, the second step is axial coding, in this step the author see the relationship between encoded data elements and find the link between the contents of categories by using interview transcript. The last step is selective coding, in this step the author integrate and filter results of employee interview and resign employees with sub predictors of employee to find out what frequent code appears. After using coding method, found that job stress, workplace environment and organizational factors and management are factors that made employee leaves the company. Based on these result the author proposefollowing solution; make clear workflow to minimize job stress, sharing and mentoringn to have better workplace environment and training and certification plan for organization factors ad management solution.
