The project team has been established and requested to improve the company sales aspect. In the implementation, the project team faced unexpected issues regarding multicultural and working behaviour from the internal company that significantly impact on the project implementation to achieve the goals. Refer to the research data collection process where PT XYZ as the project owner need to improve their sales aspect to achieve the profitability parameters and first of all clear the communication issues. The communication issues has create incremental problem such as cultural working behaviour, lack of sales capabilities, being in comfort zone, and low response from sales force that can’t be solved due to communication issues. The proposed solution to solve the issues are start from the communication management improvement first and then continue to others incremental issues. The solution are proposed as Initiate proper and adaptive communication flow, Initiate new communication culture and flexible working behaviour, Implement sales force capability analysis and talent development, and Implement standard sales & monitoring system. Data collection that used to generate the alternative solution are as follows: 1. Weekly reports, and monthly reports : weekly, and monthly is an digital reporting that describe progress, obstacles, alternative mitigation in the project implementation. 2. Expert Discussion : consultation with task force leader and member regarding the project progress and mitigation plan 3. Study Literature : theory references that are used to get information 4. Weekly meeting and monthly meeting : meeting that discuss evaluation of progress of project Prioritization of the solution is made through Simple Multi – Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) in 7 steps analysis. This solution consider the benefits, costs and rating process of the solution and this process has determine that the Initiate proper and adaptive communication flow solution need to prioritize as the first priority. Through identified several input factors that needed in the project communication management and start to solve the communication issues first, will hopefully clear the incremental issues that occurs in the project. text
