Realizing this,Telkom began to transform from a telecommunications company into a digital company that requires a lot of innovation across its division lines. So, Telkom create a flexible and open work culture, to attract employees in doing various innovations, one of the programs is Digital Amoeba. This program is specifically intended to find the internal talents of Telkom that facilitate employees who want to develop digital startup. In classifying employees in Amoeba or called 'innovators', Amoeba management divides them into three classes; class A B and C based on their work focus. However, not all teams can successfully pass through each stage of the validation. Their different successes can be seen from data revealing that currently the successful Amoeba team embodies the idea to date as many as 53 teams from 106 teams who have participated in the Amoeba program. So, this research aims to evaluate the Innovator’s behavior used Milkovich Behavior Model that consists of three variables (Ability Triangle, Motivation Triangle, and Environmental Obstacle Triangle), and Employee’s Behavior to see their performance. This study used descriptive analysis and Telkom employee that join Amoeba program is becoming evaluation object in this study. Due to the limitations of research time and difficulties in data collection process, this research only identified the relationship between Business Validation (Customer Validation, Product Validation, Business Model Validation, and Market Validation) and Innovator Class (A, B, and C) and only found out which dimension that has lowest value perception for all Innovator Class in Amoeba by using Milkovich Behavior Model. From the result, the highest total percentage that passed Business Model Validation (BMV) and Market Validation (MV) is Innovator Class A.However, the employees in Innovator Class A has the lowest total average score in Employee’s Behavior variable. Meanwhile, the result of evaluation innovator’s behavior by using Milkovich Behavior Model, the lowest average is Compensation Dimension in Motivation Triangle Variable. Furthermore, this study suggests recommendation for company to give rewards every time employee successfully passed each stage of validation because pay and other rewards should reinforce desired behaviors. Furthermore, company should give another reward based on their performance by add more non-cash reward like give some points for the employee that can be used for future promotions. In addition, these points can also be used for performance assessments that are linked to the development of people. The implementation intended from Head of DDS (Division of Digital Service) to Directorate of Human Capital Management (HCM) in Telkom. The proposed initiative is to make a Directorate’s Decree to be able to standardize that non-cash rewards will be given to Amoeba. text
