Lack of public awareness of the island cleanliness is very influential on the decline of the tourism industry that supports the economic activities of the community. Waste management in Kelurahan Pari Island still uses a waste-pick-dump system. There is no landfill as a final processing site on Lancang and Pari Island. Waste is transported using a ship to be transferred to a waste truck carried to Bantar Gebang landfill. Many waste cannot be transported to the landfill so that to minimize odor and buildup, garbage is burned in the shelter. Recommended waste management system is sorting waste at sources supported by processing organic waste (takakura methods) and inorganic (making ecobrick, plastic waste crafts, and paper recycling) on a household scale, and applied the method of waste management with TPS 3R which contained facilities for processing organic (Anaerobic Digester), inorganic (chopping machines), to processing residues on mini-land so that no more garbage was carried to landfill. According to the WTP approach, an ATP value of 23,683> WTP 15,715> Retribution 0 shows that the ability of citizens to pay monthly waste management services is quite high compared to their willingness to pay for waste management. The recommended community-based waste management system is expected to be able to be applied by the community in accordance with their needs, desires, and can run sustainably. The desire and concern of the community to manage their waste is quite high but the knowledge and habits of waste management are still low, so to increase community participation needs to be supported through various activities such as counseling, training, and cleaning programs. text
