In the some space in the City of Bandung is currently experiencing and have the potential for damage to road infrastructure in recent years and the limited budget to make significant improvements to road conditions have raised the importance of improving maintenance practice highways in the city. This paper aims to determine the behavior of fundamental changes to the system Dynamics approach because of limited road maintenance budget so it can be observed, in order to address the road maintenance can be carried out on time, and allow maintenance of the road can still be held on time despite a limited budget. In this study using system dynamics simulation modeling with POWERSIM program which is a tool for understanding a system can be occur in the City of Bandung. text
