Bureaucracy reformation offers an ideal condition where the government has the capability to always be available and do their best in implementing and acomplishing service for Indonesian citizens function, when ever, who ever, and where ever without ignorance and neglect. Government role in bureaucracy reformation is illustrated as assurance of implementing life just, prosperous and have the ability to deliver a safe and comfortable feel in every aspect of the society. In bureaucracy reformation, government officials along with everything that may be attached such as positions/functions, regulations, mechanismes, and procedures delivers ease to The purpose of this research is to reveal what, how and the corelations happening in The Ministry of Public Works? General Inspectorate governance bureaucracy reformation. This research hopes to benefit and be study material for the chief of The Ministry of Public Works? General Inspectorate when compiling regulations regarding governance bureaucracy reformation of The Ministry of Public Works? General Inspectorate by identifying related parties, identifying problems, analysis of the cause of the problem to find a solution and propose ideas concerning bureaucracy reformation management and implementation. Besides that, this research can be used as a more thorough course material to broaden our horizons and enrich knowledge concerning efforts in the planning, building, developing and managing of bureaucracy reformation including the technical and social organization aspects, in government institutions, particularly regarding the areas of internal control, as well as in private and educational institutions. The strategic function of The Ministry of Public Works? General Inspectorate institution is expected to be obtained through bureaucracy reformation in management of knowledge not only from General Inspectorate officers knowledge, but also knowledge on the ability to manage from other sources such as practitions, academics as well as private parties. Institutional activities in such strategic management can be in the form of seminars, workshops, panel discussion and other activities aiming to have all parties involved to hand in hand overcome problems under the authority of The Ministry of Public Works? General Inspectorate. Not only limited to the accumulation of knowledge from the inside and the ouside, The Ministry of Public Works particularly The General Inspectorate will have more of a strategic function if they have the ability to distribute and circulate their knowledge to others, particularly to institutions of The Ministry of Public Works in remote areas.
