Banceuy Plaza made this thesis study area, because of the diversity of activity that
occurred long ago. Continuity and movement of these individuals were stimulated
with the mixed use building facilities in the area Banceuy. Mixed-use facility that
is planned had a function to supporting past activities that is existed, and for
evocative of individuals movement. Issues of urban development and local culture
also considered in this city center and historical area facility planning. Another
aspect of the walkability and livability becomes imperative to occure linkage
continuity and synergy with the environment. |
