Summary:Anata salon is one of beauty salons in Bandung which provides beauty care service with complete. Anata salon was established in 1985 and has grown to date with the challanges experienced by anata salon how to maintain employees. anata salon has a problem with turnover intention in 2018. The research goal provide a solution to the factors that affecting turnover intention. The study used the Aon Hewitt model in finding results on factors affecting turnover by conducting an exit interview on 6 ex-employees. Resulting in 3 models from Aon Hewitt is performance, the basic, and the work. Factor that become the main priority on turnover intention in anata salon use AHP. The priority obtained from the AHP result, GAP analysis is conducted to determain the expectations and current conditions Anata Salon. The priority factor generated from AHP is work/life balance which is the Basic sub criteria. After the main priority was found on the issue of the turnover intention recommendations were given as solution to reduce the turnover rate. Recommendation for solutions provided in the form of implementation plans.
