Summary: | In this thesis, we are showing a susceptible infected model which used in studying
dengue virus infection, where the infection rate parameters is modeled by a time
series model. Here, the new infection’s data are assumed having the Poisson
distribution with the infection rate depends on the numbers of previous new
infection and the previous infection rate. We apply this model to DBD’s data in
Bandung, West Java. The result shows that, the model can describe the dynamics
of DBD’s patients. |
