Correlation can be found between the advancement of industry in a nation and its Machine Tools development. It is the reason why further understanding is needed. One method to understand Machine Tools is to create models that explain its basic components and specifications in a way that public can understand without difficulty.
This final project explained the creation of models and illustrations of drilling machine BROTHER TC-S2B-0's components. The processes included are: machine tools identification, machine cleaning, disassembly of the components (spindle, ATC, and feeding sistem), display mount creation, explanation posters making, and the animation development of the machine's operation.
The outputs of this final project are three pieces of component models of the machine tool. These models are going to be shown in public in order to help people understand how a drilling machine would operate. |
