Most of regular customers are the vendors of automotive company who have a role as a first step of four steps to produce a car so they have a time discipline characteristic to prevent inhibit the next production process. The customers have no late tolerance of material delivery therefore in urgent condition PIC raw material (PIC RM) take an initiative to input the purchase order using a different material specification still equivalent. Yet, PIC RM often to overlook input original material specification in remark column which will cause a problem in billing invoice process so which can hinder the productivity of PIC invoice. The careless act of PIC RM indirectly cause a disharmony relation between PIC RM and PIC invoice. PrOACT approach is introduced in this research which has an acronym of Problem, Objectives, Alternatives, Consequences, Tradeoffs. The problem be determined by using Kepner Tregoe Method-Situation Appraisal be perfected by 5whys analysis to get a root cause. In objective element stated the expected objectives from the offered alternative. The alternatives list be obtained with kind of information-gathering alternatives from all involved parties direct and indirect. To compare each alternative use a consequences table. Tradeoffs play a role to identify alternatives that can be eliminated using dominance theory with simple rankings. The chosen alternative is benchmarking able to creating a mutual care and actively involvement of the employees which leads internal PT.Posco IJPC, especially the marketing department as a vanguard of company, produce the best result of their job because the workflow get better like performance in benchmarking location. text |
