PT Digital Space is a company that provides services and products in the form of software used for various functions by SME-based companies, governments, banks, and so on. With the increasing demand for services and products related to software in Indonesia, PT Digital Space took the opportunity to increase the company's capability in handling projects to increase their company's revenue, but the increase in company revenue was not accompanied by an increase in the company's profit margin. In this study the author will propose a business solution that is considered to increase the company's profit margin in the next period. To see the conditions of the project management aspects of PT Digital Space, the research begins with an assessment of the knowledge area of project management at PT Digital Space based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology published by the Project Management Institute, then using the Current Reality model Tree to identify the root causes of problems in the aspect of effectiveness and efficiency of multi-project management at PT Digital Space. Where the root of the problems identified will be the basis for formulating business solutions that will be proposed from this study. From the results of information gathering through FGD interviews, analysis and observation. The author decided to create a business solution designed to increase the level of effectiveness and efficiency of multi-project management, which ultimately have an impact on the level of capability and productivity of the company in handling the projects received. Increasing the capability of the company and improving productivity can generate growth in company revenues and company profit margins simultaneously.
