In the current era of knowledge, information and knowledge are key in facing global competition. The quality of information and knowledge is largely determined by the method of learning that is carried out. Learning methods that develop today are traditional and modern methods. Traditional method is that rely on face-to-face meetings through class media and discussion are very limited to support the rapid changes of information and knowledge. Traditional method is considered not sufficient to pursue technological progress and create competitive human resources. Technological developments encourage modern learning methods that utilize electronic and internet technology. However, modern learning systems such as E-learning and/or online lectures are very rigid in the curriculum so that they do not appeal to the general public. A new concept was conceived as the development of modern learning methods, namely knowledge-sharing based learning method. This learning method uses a digital platform in the process of sharing knowledge. Digital platforms for sharing knowledge are expected to provide new ways of learning in Indonesia. Through this digital platform, the public can easily create and access the knowledge content needed. This product will be tested early in West Java Province because it is close to the area of the product developer. In the product development process, it takes an in-depth study of the readiness of digital platform launches for prospective users in West Java through knowledge sharing behavior research. This study discusses product development processes, digital platform business models, and recommendations for implementation plans that can be done to improve knowledge sharing behavior in the community of West Java Province. Good knowledge sharing behavior will create a culture of knowledge sharing that supports the sustainability of digital platforms to share knowledge that will be developed.
