Summary: | Rapid development of East Bandung area, especially Jatinangor and surroundings as a center of education make large number of migrants that come to study in many university. That condition increase mobility of people to come to Jatinangor. By consideration of that condition, Friend Motor Carwash and Oil Service take that opportunity to offer a carwash and oil service. Friend Motor establish since 2004 until now and faces a slow growth problem due instability sales from 2017 caused by many factors.
To explore the business problem, author conducted an external analysis by using PESTEL analysis , Porter’s Five Forces analysis, competitor analysis and customer analysis. For internal analysis, author use value chain analysis, STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) analysis and marketing mix. In conducting strategy formulation, author use SWOT analysis and summarize it using EFAS and IFAS. Result from IFAS and EFAS dragged to IE matrix analysis that describe Friend Motor is in grow and build region
By using that consideration author proposed new business model canvas to increase Friend Motor value proposition in its core business. In accordance from new BMC, Friend motor have to improve their service quality, increase marketing strategy through promotion and the most important is have to maintain customer relationship.
