Description
Summary:Married couple have various problems in their marriage, either happy or unhappy marriage. Even many couple end their marriage by getting divorce. In this final Project it will be learnt how interaction of married couple can be modelled in mathematics by using dynamic nonlinear model. The method used is scoring technique on every interaction between husband and wife. Couple interaction has two components: influenced behavior that is influenced by spouse and uninfluenced behavior that comes from themselves. Parameters estimation is then done on those components and followed by analytical calculation to find equilibrium point and stability condition of these models. It can be concluded that moment inertia, initial mood of themselves, and influence of mood given by spouse determine the stability condition in marriage. Besides, from the simulation done on Gottman’s five types of couple by using the selected conversation for each type, and certain parameter selection for each conversation is concluded that every type of couple has different level of influence, and influence given by spouse will affect their score for conversation score of every additional time ????.
