This research deals with the designing of 3D model and illustration of supporting facilities of lathe machine tool BROTHER TC-S2B-0 which has cutting fluid flow system. The development process of the following 3D model includes: machine tool identification, machine cleaning methods, key elements dismantling methods (pump, filter, and conveyor unit), and workflow animation designing process. The result of this paper is an animated video illustrating the workflow and components of cutting fluid flow system. Fartherly, it will be utilized as education contents to help the society understand about the role of cutting fluid in cutting process. text |
