elementary school students from this problem was generated through
collaboration between academics from the Bandung Institute of Technology and
professionals from the NADFC in Palu City in the form education of anti-drug
abuse for elementary school students through the quartet card media.. The
purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of these education toward
anti-drug abuse knowledge of fifth grade elementary school students in Palu City.
The research method used a preexperimental design with one group pretestposttest design for three elementary schools, each of which was a representative
of three ranks namely; good, fairly good, good less based on the results of the
Quiz NADFC in Palu at the elementary school level in 2017.The sampling
technique used purposive sampling. Observation the knowledge of elementary
school students using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and
reliability outside the study population. The pretest and posttest were conducted
before and after education. The comparison of pretest and posttest data in each
elementary school was analyzed using paired T test whereas for all elementary
school data analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with hypotheses there was the effect
of anti-drug abuse education through quartet card media on anti-drug abuse
knowledge in fifth grade students in Palu City. The results showed that there was
an effect of education on the knowledge of anti-drug abuse in fifth grade students
from elementary school good rangking and fairly good ranking with p values
0.005 and p ?0.001 respectively, while in elementary schools good less ranking,
the education did not affect their knowledge with p value 0.149. Analysis of the
Wilcoxon test on students from all elementary schools showed p value p ?0.001,
which meant that education had an influence on the knowledge of fifth grade
students in Palu City.
