| Summary: | High-end apartment building is located on Sentra Timur Street, Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur. This building consists of 18 floors with a total area of 12.120 m2. The main facilities is 90 rooms and in addition, the building has facilities such as a restaurant, mini market, fresh market, swimming pool, cafe, playground dan fitness center. Quantitiy of water needs for entire building is 108.972 litre/day and it will be supplied by PDAM Aetra. This system which is using roof water tank system, has fulfill water needs for fire protection system. Water quantity for sprinkler system is 416,05 litre/minute for 30 minutes and facilitated by 2.382 sprinkler heads. This apartment has 56 hydrants in building with 379 litre/minute of water quantity for 30 minute and four hydrants on yard with 1000 litre/minute of water quantity. Pipe that will be used for distribute clean water pipe is carbon steel pipe with diameter range 25 - 100 mm. Pipe that will be used for sprinkler system is galvani pipes with diameter range 25-50 mm. Water from PDAM will be stored in ground water tank with capacity 105,7 m3 and be pumped to two roof water tank, with 43 m3 for each capacity. |
