Hotel Bintang Tiga City Resort Building was planned to be functioned as an inn based from the urban-tourism concept in Bandung City. The building was consisted of 4 guest room floors, 2 floors for supporting facilities, and 1 basement floor. Besides the guest rooms, there are many parts of the hotel building that functioned as supporting facilities with various activities that generates wastewater daily. The chosen sewage system was a separated plumbing system (separated blackwater and greywater) and flowed by gravity system. The determination of the pipes diameter based on plumbing fixture unit (UBAP) method that were allowed each diameter. The pathway of the sewage pipe started from the plumbing units to the horizontal branch pipe then were collected to the stand pipe and connected with the building sewage pipe The treatment that were used for greywater and blackwater are separated within the allocated room in the basement of the building before the treated wastewater can be flowed to the city sewer or recirculated as flushing water for toilets.
