Sewerage system is one of the city elementary infrastructure as a saniter facility which function to transport waste water that is produced by society, so that the water have no contact with human being. Sewerage system which stand in the municipality of Bandung today is suffer many damages. The damaged which often happened at SPAB in municipality of Bandung consist of the coerage of discard waterflow, damage of pipe materials, and lose/damage of manhole and manhole cover. It’s needed much money to repair f the damages. Correct inspection system is needed to prevent the correct existence of the damages, it also can maintain sewerage system to operate well and better. Inspection system which is applied today in Bandung still have many insufficiencies in the process, forms that are used, and the determination of later inspection frequency, so that requires to provide an inspection system that can improve the insufficiencies, so the expected target can be reached. Compiled inspection system gives amenity for the sewerage system organizer in order to maintain or conservate SPAB in municipality of Bandung.
