To overcome the pressure of globalization on increasing pressure and demand for efficiency, CV. XYZ has relied on employee empowerment strategies as a tool to motivate employees to be more productive and be more loyal to the company and become more innovative in carrying out their duties. This research is intended to study the relationship between employee empowerment and innovative work behavior, by reviewing the literature on the definition of employee empowerment, organization learning culture, and individual innovativeness. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between employee empowerment and individual innovation on CV. XYZ by using organizational learning culture as a moderating variable. As a result of the analysis, the owner can recognize which elements must be maintained. Furthermore, the consequences of this research will help CV. XYZ develops actions to improve employee performance better. The methodology that will be used in this research is the survey method using a questionnaire as a research tool to obtain data. As a methodology, researchers used the Linear Regression Moderation analysis. Basically the success factor of a business is determined by one's ability to manage the resources they have, especially towards Human Resource Management. With a high level of skill in accordance with the required field, a person will be able to operate the company well and according to plan. This research was held at CV. XYZ, a company that works in the garment industry in Indonesia. Data from this study were collected from 45 respondents. This study will test the hypothesis that employee empowerment has a significant relationship with individual innovation and has a relationship to the organizational learning culture. This study will analyze the relationship between employee empowerment and individual innovation with organizational learning culture as a moderating variable. Moderating variables means that variables can make the relationship between the other two variables stronger or weaker. and has been analyzed using linear regression methods for statistical analysis. The results showed partially that employee empowerment culture and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on individual innovation without control variables and organizational learning culture was a moderating variable that could not be connected as a moderating variable of employee empowerment and individual innovation. This study has several limitations that must be considered for further research. First, the object of this research is limited to garment sector workers. Adding or comparing using other companies / industries is suggested to give generalizations. This research can be applied to other objects not only focusing on the garment sector. The latter, should be done by interviews to support the results of quantitative research in order to obtain more optimal results. text
