DKI Jakarta Government tries to increase competitiveness of public transportation by applying integrated multi-modal multi-operator in OK Otrip Program that integrates Bus Trans Jakarta, Medium-sized Bus, and Small-sized Bus. This research was done to know society’s appraisal towards the integrated system in Bus Trans Jakarta, KRL Jabodetabek, and OK Otrip Program, as well as integrated tariff development planning in Jakarta. Through online questionnaire distribution and field interview with public and private transportation users. Then, the data was processed using Microsoft Excel before being evaluated in descriptive way. The first evaluation is the tariff rate of each modal, where the tariff rate is now can be accepted by 76% Trans Jakarta users, 88% KRL users, and 82% OK Otrip users. The second evaluation is the payment using prepaid card is accepted by 88% Trans Jakarta and KRL users, also by 52% of OK Otrip users. The third is the ease of modal transferring in Trans Jakarta and KRL that is agreed by 58% Trans Jakarta users and 68% KRL users. Meanwhile, the modal and route transferring ability in OK Otrip is assessed as easy by 55% users. The data of this research shows society’s interest towards integrated tariff of multi-modal multi-operator development planning in Jakarta. There are 73% private transportation users who agree the development planning and interested in using public transportations in daily basis. The tariff rate that is agreed by society is Rp 5.000 using bank prepaid card payment that is also supported with integrated information. text
