In this research the development of this method has been done to analyze total sulfide in aqueous solution. Sulfide present in wastewater originates from activity anaerob bacteri and can polute the aquatic ecosystem if found in high concentration. Sample that contain ion sulfide flow with sulfuric acid as donor solution in the formation of hydrogen sulfide gas and this gas will diffuse through membrane and react with Cd(II) as acceptor solution and can be detacted in detector in wave length 300 nm. Result in analytical performance shows linearity at consentrate rate 25 – 125 mg L-1 with correlation value approach one and at concentration standard 25 mg L-1 limit of detection value is 2.75 mg L-1 and precision value (% CV) 2,76. The used of this method applied to analyze aqueous solution and wine give recovery value 97,92% until 101,83%. Good analytical performance show that this method can be used to analyze total sulfide in aqueous solution. text
