The design of the resort facility is located in Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone, Banten. The purpose of resort design is to improve tourism in the aspect of accommodation in the form of resorts that carry the value of 'Integrated Local Escaping'. The design of the resort facility is located on an area of 7.6 hectares with a coastline of ± 335 m. The project proponents are the Pandeglang District Government with PT Jababeka Tbk as the developer of the area, PT Banten West Java as the area manager and Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd as operator of the resort facility. The design of the resort has a major target market of young couples and families. The project location is located in a private area with a target of international scale development. The project site has contours that tend to be flat with a layer of coral soil. The design approach is done by site analysis elaborated with the functionality of the resort typology. The basic concept of design is derived from the analogy of the pounding tool of the rice - mortar, as the history of Tanjung Lesung applied in laying of mass, circulation, zoning and materials used in design. The design of resort facility in Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone consists of a mass of main building, which has function as lobby and restaurant, and also supported by other mass, which has a function as a supporting facility. The project has 40 villa units with local concept of luxury, yoga pavilion, multipurpose room, and tsunami tower which functioned as a tower of view.
