| Summary: | Cost is one of the most important aspects in the implementation of a construction project. A good planning of construction project will definitely has a good financial planning as well. Financial planning of a construction project can be done by calculating the estimated cost of construction. Cost estimating will also be used as a basis for determining the feasibility of a construction project to be realized. Determination of the method to be used in the calculation of cost estimating will be very influential on the final outcome of the estimation. Therefore determining the suitable method to be used in cost estimating is needed in accordance to the condition of the project. In the Center for Research and Community Services ITB Building project, the method used in the calculation of cost estimating is resource enumeration method, where this method is highly dependent on the calculation of resource required on the project. Based on the results of the calculation of construction cost estimating with resource enumeration method, cost of the construction work of Center for Research and Community Services ITB Building is Rp 41.580.000.000,00. |
