Study case uses 14-story hospital that is located at Depok, West Java. Structure is excited with loads such as El Centro 1940 and Kobe 1995 earthquake. Structural response such as deformation of multi degree of freedom structure is gained from numeric analysis Runge-Kutta. Control force is calculated using optimal control algorithm. Structural response of uncontrolled and controlled structure are compared to gain information about response reduction because of dynamic load. text |
