However, too much concentrating in competition will make companies neglegted other aspect than the competition itself where known as Red Ocean Strategy. Now is the time for company to think for not to head to head with the competitor by creating new demand of uncontested market space where there is no one competitor inside which known as Blue Ocean Strategy, here the businessman should create new demand on uncontested market space and make the competition irrelevanth by doing value innovation for their business. In this final project author intentionally emerged the running own business as the case study where at the previous time we were bleeding cause too overlooked on competition by making benchmarking with the competitor. Time pass by author tried to thinking out of the box and left all those conservative competitian strategy and applied Blue Ocean Strategy and made it as empirical study and deserve to be analyze deeper as the object of my final project. text |
