The mining industry recommended that "production at all costs" approach was unsustainable. Commodity prices have declined as supply has come more in line with demand. As a result of declining revenue, management was doing restructuring activities to cut all costs. In 2017 when the commodity prices started to improve, company must think on how to increase the company’s performance. This research is using the method on how to enforce the corporate culture using the Jann’s house model of Knowledge Management, to improve the company’s performance. The process carried out is using qualitative analytic method with interview and observation with special attention to company’s culture, awareness of knowledge management and business strategy. This interview and observation result then analysed to get keywords that fits the knowledge management scope. This result is called Knowledge Gap. The Jann’s house model of Knowledge Management is used as an approach theory to construct Knowledge Management Initiatives. The reinforcement of corporate culture on the Knowledge Management Initiatives is to enhance the company’s performance management system. text |
