Summary:Abstract-IoT system is a system that is utilized for a concept with a purpose to broaden the usage of internet connectivity. With internet we can share data, long distance control, and various things. In this current internet era almost all people have access to internet whether from their mobile phone or laptop they brought with them for work. Due to their activity house often found left behind without surveillance. Calamity often happen in a house without surveillance. An electronic device that is left plugged in a empty home can cause a wildfire. Aside that in several cities of Indonesia especially several parts of Jakarta flood still frequently happen and the information sometime is to late to be heard for home owners so that quick countermeasure can not be done. A System to monitor the residence and manage the power usage will be created that is able to provide the information to home owners and is also able to notify home owners when an incongruity numbers are detected by the system so home owners can give a quick countermeasure.
