Kebun Kawung Condominium Hotel is a building which planned with apartments / condos typology with 2 floors for commercial functions, 10 residential floors and 2 basement floors. With these many functions and activities at once, the waste water produced vary in quality and quantity. The chosen Sewage system was a mixed system of dirty water and used water and flows by gravity. The chosen sewage system decided by the needs and space available for treatment. To determine the pipe diameter, we used the accumulation number of plumbing equipment unit loads for each diameter pipe. Pipeline planning considered the pipe slope and flow rate, which is around 0.6 to 1.2 m / sec. Pipeline starts from the waste water pipe from the plumbing equipment to horizontal branch pipe which is collected in the standpipe and channeled into the building waste water pipe. Sewage system is using off-site system to the city sewage system to be treated in IPLT Bojong Soang. Vent system is planned to use a loop system that head to the standpipe towards the rooftop. The rainwater drainage system is using gutters straight piped directly to the city drainage, without treatment.
