Indonesia has already known for its cultural diversity, one of them is Sunda Cianjuran culture. The culture is owned by Cianjur city that has strong potential to attract more wider community. Strong influence of digital era in now society makes Sunda Cianjuran culture is forgotten by its younger generation. It is not unusual thing in society if younger generation are now more familiar with culture from other countries than their own culture. Culture is known as identity of a place. The unique of Sunda Cianjuran culture from the rest of Sundanese culture is Sunda Cianjuran culture teach people to remember existence of Allah. For Cianjur community culture is form of gratitude to Allah for everything that has given to them and also sign to love living things and enviroment. One of Sunda Cianjuran Culture that has its meaning is Seren Taun culture. It was born as an expression of gratitude by the people of Cianjur city for rice and farming crops, since it was their main livelihood of the Cianjur community. Beside there are more cultures from Cianjur that need to intoduced. To introduce Sunda Cianjuran culture needs kind of idea that can make people aware to do research of Sunda Cianjuran culture, which is can also fulfill their needs. One of their needs in nowadays is recreation. From that background, it needs facility that could introduce Sundanese Cianjuran culture as an effort to fulfill community needs for educational recreation. So, the design of the Sunda Cianjuran Cultural Center is the right answer to overcome this problem.
